Note to Home Owner:  IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE BE PRESENT IN THE HOME WHILE ALL SERVICE WORK IS BEING PERFORMED.  ENTRY TO THE HOME MUST BE PROVIDED DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS; 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., MONDAY – FRIDAY.
Please list each item that requires attention from our warranty division, with a brief description of the problem.  For example:  Item 1:  "Kitchen light switch, does not work."

By submitting this request for warranty service, I am agreeing to be available during the 7 to 10 days from initial contact with the field warranty technician for warranty work to be scheduled and completed.  If I am unable to provide availability during the 7 to 10 days required to complete the work, I will need to wait to submit this request for warranty service; however, the request must be submitted within the parameters of my Gehan Homes, Ltd.
